As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.
And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)

1) Buy anything I could ever want (games ect.)
2) Give about 2 million of it to charity
3) Keep enough so that I'm set for the rest of my life.
4) Move to Japan
5) Invest whatever remains in Capcom, quite possibly the most worthwhile thing on this list. They're doing SO well at the moment

And can you go a little faster?!
1. Most importantly: tell no one (excepting those in point 2).
2. Get a good accountant and a bank with a good interest rate.
3. Put all the money in two bank accounts. 50mil in one account, that's mine to do with as I will, the other account will act as a trust fund with a very strict set of guidelines which my descendants will have to fulfill which will give them a good start to life (10 mil should be enough, they could buy several houses and live off the rent). It will be applicable to future generations and adjustable for inflation.
4. Possibly retire.
5. Enjoy myself.
1) Buy all the Potatoes and Jell0 I would want
2) Buy a nice house/mansion
3) Buy a gold oven
4) Pay all of my parents bills
5) Donate it and probably use it on making movies, books, games, etc.
1. Buy a private tropical island and build a house on it
2. Have an assortment of jet skis
3. Date really hot Australian rugby players
4. Learn how to play tennis
5. Do some humanitarian work
Buy Capcom and give to Nintendo for free. Nintendo's involvement with Capcom has pretty much been all positive (Megaman having a new life in Smash and many VC titles on eshop, the best version of Resident Evil Revelations being on a Nintendo console, Monster Hunter being huge on 3DS, etc.).
