What are some common chain restaurants (not necessarily fast food) that do a good job with meat?
Im not so keen on restaurants anyway as I always prefer my own cooking. I find that any steaks are just from the same butchers I have access to anyway. I havent needed to yet but mcdonalds patties are 100% beef and so its possible to order a double cheese with meat only no bun etc.
@GyroZeppeli Holy crud, I use that seasoning constantly! Well, not that exact one: I use the "More Spice" variant, but it's the same brand and flavor. It does amazing things for chicken and hamburger.
@Heavyarms55 I don't do keto, but I do go on and off a very low carb regimen when I'm trying to lose weight quickly. One thing we found was that, in stews, at least, turnips were a good replacement for potatoes.
@sarethums How is your wallet? I have to imagine that a meat only diet would be extremely expensive!
Also I can't live without dairy and potatoes. It would probably drive me insane.
It works out much cheaper. Im 78kg, 170cm. I eat 3000-4000 calories per day. Fat is 9 calories per gram whereas protein and carb is only 4. 70% of my intake is from fat.
Im much less likely to buy crap when im out. Im about £8-£15 per day. I dont buy coffees etc and i dont drive, i cycle only.
