I think the site should have a weekly poll where you vote for your favorite upcoming game or something.

Like, there could be a poll that says "Which is your favorite 3Ds color".

I think the nl staff's time is better spent on news & reviews personally, you could just create such a thread yourself though, worst that could happen is its gets locked.

They did just put up 2 Facebook polls today, I believe. Not technically on the site, but it is still put up by Nintendolife.
