I was just about to ask for this myself, so I guess it's a good thing I checked if there was a thread about it first. If there had been hundreds of threads in this section like there are in some, I wouldn't have bothered, showing the need for this feature. I hope it's done soon!

Yeah, a search feature is really becoming more and more of a necessity. All the duplicate threads are just effing annoying.

Edit: This also finally solves the mystery of weirdadam. Clearly you gave him that push down the alphabet in order to doom him to the same inaccessibility on all future user pull-downs.

@warioswoods: When I did what you said, it came up with no results. Searching my screen name came up with 292 results of it being used within people's posts, though! That's more than I might have thought given how often people type it wrong.

Yeah that's strange -- if you try my name or other simple ones ( knucklessonic8 , thewiirocks ) it works perfectly, but some names like yours don't work. Chances are that your name is somehow slightly different in the system, although I'm not sure why.

By the way, it would seem that your internal user ID in the system is actually adam12. Didn't know you went back that far.

Haha, some creepy older guy I worked with at a grocery as a kid used to always say "One Adam Twelve" when he'd passed by, and I had no idea (then) what it meant. So they don't only quote me as "weirdadam," but they have me in their database as adam12. This gets weirder and weirder (and twelver).

Adam-12 was a kickass police drama TV show here in the States back in the day. "One Adam Twelve" was the radio call used to hail the car (or "post") after which they named the show. Thanks for the flashback!
