I think a forum devoted to discussion of online gaming in games (such as Mario Kart Wii, Left 4 Dead, etc.) would be useful. I can see both the merits and demerits of such an idea, and I don't necessarily think it HAS to be here, I just want some input on it.

But yeah, I think an organized forum for people to get together to play games online would be advantageous for the posters.

Even if it were barely used, it would certainly eliminate the need for a bazillion million Brawl threads.

I'd love to have that thread, if I'm bored I just go there and say hey, someone wanna play brawl?

Seems like a good idea. I think we'd want to have separate areas for Wii and DSi. I've highlighted it to the powers that be, so we'll see what they think!

Of course if you're looking for a quick pick-up game, you could also try the NL Chat and see if there's anyone there that wants a go!

I'm voting for official Nintendo Life tourneys too, with prize(s). Dunno if you guys have ever done anything like that, but I'd like to see it happen. A mixture of games though, so everyone can partake and the terrifyingly-excellent at one particular game aren't practically guaranteed victory. It's the reason I stopped going on Pokémon-centric and never Brawl-centric forums. Once they've been established for more than 2 weeks you know exactly who'll win each tourney before it's even started. Because it's always the same person. Reminds me of some guy who kept entering the just-for-fun 'beat our score' contests back in NOM. It was amusing for a while that he kept topping everything. Then after a few months it was pointless entering anything anymore. Then he won a competition at the NOM offices, and shortly afterwards seemed to vanish under mysterious circumstances.

Um, off-topic a bit there. I'd like to see a Wi-Fi forum(s) here though.

If I'm online within the next couple of weeks tell me to get lost and do some coursework.
