I also noticed that there is a one to two second delay after the hitting the enter key. Happens about 25% for me. It could be my computer.

@donth8theplaya69, it COULD be your internet connection yes, after all the chat room is using some pretty basic methods for it to work - it's not a proper chat client. The faster your internet connection the more "responsive" the chat will be.

Hopefully it's working well for most people though.

We've added some new features

• Join notification - when someone joins the room they'll be announced
• /me actions - you can do /me smiles to get [xx:xx] pHaT-aNt_ smiles
• Nick complete - if you type the first few letters of a nickname eg 'ph' and press 'tab' it'll auto complete to 'pHaT-aNt_' making it easy to reply people
• /quit action - you can announce that your leaving

@Ant: The /join and /quit commands were being abused somewhat last night, making them redundant. They are a nice touch for knowing who's there, but not if the user can use them to announce their departure, when they haven't gone anywhere. Don't know if you can block that, just though I'd mention it.

Oh and I had an out of body experience, it was most unsettling, bet very amusing also.

EDIT: Also, it'll be nice when there's more than one room. It got far too 'interesting' in there last night, I thought we had a place for that already.

I know what you mean Pixeldude, but once you have read them there tips n stuff, you don't need to see 'em anymore, and they will just clutter. Perhaps a link to a lil official NL page with the boring instructions n stuff.
