Hey guys! My old NES just gave out on me, and me being me, instead of just tossing it out like old junk, I want to give it new life by building a pc out of it. I've seen people doing it online, however I only have basic soldering skills, and other basic skills in electronics. So, I need the communities help on this one. I'll post pictures of my NES later and tell some of the ideas I have for it.
2 things i need from this pc would be
1.) Hdmi
2.) RCA analogue inputs.
I also want to be able to run some triple a titles on this machine, I don't care too much about extremely high frame rates but if it can play GTA 5 on medium or high settings then that would be ok.
I want RCA inputs on this machine because this pc is going to get hooked up too my old CRT television.
I want HDMI in case I need to use this machine somewhere else.
I was thinking about just buying a mini gaming PC like a zodiac and trying to cram it into the NES case, but thinking about it now, it might be a better idea to just build a mini pc myself. might be cheaper in the long run.
