...was more involved in the forums. Like contributing to normal topics and such. Or starting topics in the other sections of the forum. I don't know, I think it's fun r to have the occasional staff member reply to your topic or be involved in a thread a staff member started. It's kind of a good thing to know the staff is being active and involved and not just putting out a forum, saying "enjoy yourselves", you know?
Or maybe I just don't browse through the forums enough to see staff posts. I know it's kind of a stupid idea, but just a thought.

...would parade around in pink undies at the office at least once a week...maybe start out once a month to ease them into the whole routine of the idea. But it should definitely be done once a week. Think what it would do for morale. They could even raise money for their favorite charity by auctioning off a staff pic taken on said pink undies day. Just a thought.
