My powers are limited; I can only censor people's posts not ban them; play nice and we can all be friends!

I really wouldn't worry about other sites. Places like Eurogamer are heaven for wind-up merchants and it's not worth worrying about. If you cannot get any decent conversation elsewhere you can probably do it here. If you feel the need for additional fora, I could suggest www.wiitalk.co.uk. It's UK oriented and has a less active community, but like here there's a good mix of old and young gamers (tends to skew more into the upper 30s and beyond) who are into the Wii and DS and it's well-moderated.

I read a couple of subsections in EG (try not to feed the trolls!) and this one and I'm well satisfied.

I've never seen much in the way of bad behaviour over at ntsc-uk, probably because most people there are very old (myself included). Eurogamer, however, is a flamers' paradise. Eurowhinger, should be called.

I generally don't ban someone until it gets way over the line. WAY over the line. :) And no one's going to re-ban you, so you can put your mind at ease. As long as you don't go crazy on us, you're safe. But me not getting a mention might be reason for me to go ahead and ban...nah I'll let you slide this time. :D

@SuperSonic1990: I always wanted a WiiSpeak, I need just $20 to get one. To bad I'll probably have to wait until Christmas to get any games.

You don't have to have any Wii Speak compitable games to enjoy Wii Speak. It comes with a download ticket that will allow you to download the Wii Speak Channel. The Wii Speak Channel will allow you to chat with any of your Wii friends! You can even receive voice messages from your Wii friends who have Wii Speak! :D
I chated with Chatham and Tails86 with it and it was AWESOME! I MUST preorder The Conduit soon! :D

Few things...

1. I've got to say I was absolutely SHOCKED my name was not among those remembered.

2. StuffG is not new.

3. Complaining is good. It's healthy. The day people are 100% satisfied is a very bad day for the companies people complain about.

I actually agree. The only problem is that the more we complain, the more PR bull we get. Remember when Ubi president said they were aiming for Nintendo-quality? or they were going to start releasing Tom Clancy games for Wii. That was just to keep the flames down on message boards, not they truly planned to deliver.

Abandon hope all ye who enter here.

I don't have a problem with complaining; it's the flaming and trolling that gets tiresome. I strongly encourage everyone to check out www.eurogamer.net. Click the forum link and the Wii forum and read, oh, the E3 2009 thread just for fun. The non-Wii-having troll to actual conversation about the conference ratio is off the charts. If there weren't a few folk I enjoy interacting with who regard that "place" as "home" I probably wouldn't read it. Mostly I just announce my new reviews and First Impressions here to drive traffic to my blog and NL from time to time...

No doubt someone there will see I've posted this and I'll get a nice hate thread directed at me!

@SuperSonic1990: When I get Wii Speak, you should add me too! I know, it would be awesome! I also cannot wait for "The Conduit".

@AlexSays: Acutally, I do remember you. It's just that I'm only listing a few out of all members that I remember.

@Wiiloveit: Defindently remember you. Also, I know AlexSays more as x.SuperMario.x.

One thing your wrong with SSBFAN is that a lot of the gamers complaining about Nintendo are diehard Nintendo fans that have felt left out by the company they know and love so much to casual gamers. I was in this category myself, BUT Big N is back again with DSi and the strong showing at E3. With gamers feeling shafted the way they did/do it will take awhile for some to come around, but they will.

Wait! Quick question to all but still on topic. Why do they call it Common Sense when its not so common?

"Nintendo fans are all talk. Nintendo fans are vocal with their mouths, but when it’s time to open their wallets, they’ll spend that $60 on New Super Mario Bros instead." - Activision

Beer is not the answer. Beer is the question. YES is the answer.

The reason why I say that is because not because it's common (Obviously rare with Nintendo fans these days), but it makes sense.

@slapshot82: You have an excellent suggestion. If Nintendo can keep this up for the rest of the generation (God knows if they'll do), the hardcore gamers that absolutely hate Nintendo for catering to the casual audience will be able to turn some heads.

I think anyone who's spent any significant time on the internet over the years knows that the griping and moaning is just part of the deal. I personally like the discussions, but as Sean said, the flaming and trolling isn't productive and can get tiresome after awhile.

And SSBF1999 messed up my screen name, too. There's no "0" in Stuffgamer1. :P

I really don't see him around all that much anymore either. I think he got tired of everybody (or most of us, at least) complaining about lousy download releases and just stopped coming around. That's my theory, anyway.
