Get a job
Get a girlfriend (or porn if that task is out of reach)
Get an outdoor hobby

If those dont work then try to forcefully reduce 1 hour per day your computer addiction (if it's too much change the hours for porn marathons)

if youre watching stream Videos or shows or something on your PC:

Buy them for your TV and then you can hang in front of your TV instead of your computer!

Or another very useful suggestion:
Surf with your Wii Browser ! that way you combine those two things together ;)

No really, get a life ;)
