Topic: Freedom of Speech in this forum

I am really really wondering.
I wrote half an hour on a topic in the general forum to describe my frustration abount Nintendo. And after a few people without any arguments complained that I'll whine to much the topic got closed by one of your administrators - just because it is a general critic about Nintendo?
Is this the way you handle different opinions at nintendolife? There is so much talking about Iran and I can't start a discussion about things I don't like here because you people are Nintendo fans? I can't believe that.
So I am interested in an official statement about this topic.

With all due respect, Nintendo Life is a private forum on the internet. There is no 'freedom of speech' here except for what we allow as per our Community Rules and our best judgment. As your topic was serving to gather people who only wanted to poke at you, plus the fact that you seemed to be expecting Nintendo to do something about everything you pointed out, we directed you to Nintendo of Germany's contact information page (as your user info states you are from Germany) and locked the topic in order to stop the flood of nonsense from other users.
