If you have control over which ads get run, get rid of the "Erase Stretch Marks Instantly" ad. My goodness, that is disgusting. Who would let someone photograph her stomach in that state? Every time I see it I refresh instantly, but it's not always fast enough to prevent vomiting.
I would add that, although it has been tremendously rare, once or twice an ad has appeared here with an annoying sound clip in it -- "Congratulations! You've been selected to win . . . ". Sound ads should be banned from any respectable ad service, but I haven't seen that one come up for a while, so perhaps it is already gone for good.

@Adam, warioswoods: Adblock Plus is the best Firefox add-on ever. I swear I didn't even realize this place had ads until I visited it with my DSi. ^^;

My favorite is the one (I have no idea what it's for) that's basically just a picture of some lady's disgusting, rashy feet. Or maybe it's sunburn or something. It's in a deliberate pattern, and it makes me scroll down and cry.
Also, Black Dragon, I switched to Chrome when it came out, and that feature is the only thing I miss from Firefox. I'd actually forgotten about it because most sites I check don't run ads. Maybe I should switch back.
ouch, Adam... nowadays, an ad-blocking feature would probably make or break a decision to switch browsers for me. too many of the sites I visit have really obnoxious, in-your-face ads (not that this place does, but i'd already blocked so many ads on other sites that apparently I had all the ones used here blocked already and didn't know it, lol) for me to not have some way to avoid them all. D:

LOL you North American readers get all the best ads! Europe is getting Playstation 3 ads for Infamous at the moment
We don't get a whole lot of choice over what our ad partners give us, but we can try to get them to tone it down a bit on the gross ones. Leave it with us.
I think ad's have something to do with your "cookies" something about showing ads that are more likely to apeal to the visiter rather then getting random ads the only ads I ever see are for IQ test and amazon (witch I visit often(I buy alot of stuff))
Unlucky US, as mentioned there are only adds for Boom Blox Bash Party and Infamous on our NL at the moment and i don't recall any ads that were too intrusive in the past. The worst offenders for this lately are some of the UK Newspaper websites, whilst you are reading a article a Ad or survey in a pop-up box just appears right in front of what you were reading and you have to close it to continue, I make a point of not visiting these sites again.

Please, please tell me this isn't true. I promise you all, I don't have stretch marks! I'm in pretty great shape, actually! Seriously... You have to believe me.
I get the stretch marks one, too...and I can guarantee I've never searched for that. We can also add "rashy hideous feet" to the list of search terms I'm positive I haven't used...
I will have to infer from the ads I see here in the States, as well as the lack of the wonderful ads shown above, that, as Europeans love great video games, Americans love hygiene, dieting, and cosmetic surgeries.
