Me not being a Pokemon fan wouldn't really mind that actually! I do think they need to take it easy on all the Pokemon characters this time. It just feels weird to watch Ganondorf KO a Squirttle...don't really think they fit sometimes.

No. His game wasn't even all that good! Well, then again, so were a lot of fighters games.

Dillon looks like such a forgettable and generic character, you're better off sticking in Earth Worm Jim.
Yet I'm all for the Pushmo dude! And I'm on the fence regarding 3rd party characters. Those who have been soley on Nintendo consoles from the start i'm totaly down for. Such as Mega Man, Simon Belmont, and Bill Rizer from Contra for example. But sticking in Solid Snake(especially) and maybe even Sonic to some slight degree was kind of....Unfitting.

I can totally see him being a cool assist trophy, maybe pulling random blocks out of places or...something...like that. Yeah...but seriously, he could be pretty cool.

Hey, that Earth Wim Jim thing is almost legit. He was in Clayfighter 63 1/3 on the 64. Wouldn't be his first fighting game....though Smash Bros would be veerrry unlikely....thankfully.

Wasn't Boogerman also thrown in Clay Fighter as well?

Anyways, I think there's no question that we will be seeing Starfy and Little Mac. I'd Personally LOVE to see 'Mouser', Fry Guy, Birdo or Wart make the roster. Along with King Hippo, EggPlant Wizard and Bald Bull!

There are lots of characters not in SSB that should be:
Neku, Sora, Riku, DILLON, even professor Layton (he's good with a sword and could have a Jigglypuff like ability except instead of singing, start talking and confuse everyone. Bowser would also recover the slowest because he isn't very smart ). And Sissel and a Mii!

Dillon is ugly. His first and only game came out several days ago. He has little potential for a great game let alone he's NOT a classic.

I'd love to see that. He has a great character design and could have a potentially great move-set. Would be like Sonic but better.

Maybe a sticker or trophy, nothing more. The spot Dillion would take up as a playable character or assist would be better used.

I think Dillon should never be mentioned again, let us all forget that he existed.

No reason he wouldn't make a great Smash character, along the lines of Sonic...sure beats another clone anyway.

As soon as I saw Dillon I thought he would be great in a fighting game. He`s got personality and he looks slick (In the concept art, at least. In game, meh.)

As pretty much everyone`s saying, there`s other characters I`d rather see first, but I`d love to see him in Smash Bros.

I would rather see him assist.
Actually, I would only like to see him, if he is replacing Sonic. They would both practically have the same moves anyways.

im pretty sure sonic was a special guest in brawl and i dont think he will be in any more ssb

@dark-insanity but sonic may stay, you never know. I think he will just bc Nintendo wants to keep expanding the roster, instead of removing people.

I think the 3DS-exclusive idea is a great one. Dillon may be brand new, but I've no doubt that they could come up with an awesome moveset for him.
