I actually think the Samurai game from UFO is at least decent... I decided to buy it anyway despite the bad reviews and so far I'm having fun with it..

Again, I don't know much about these games. That's just the argument Nikoli's defenders use. They claim you can tell the difference between hand made and computer generated puzzles (by saying Nikoli's "have more thought put into them"), but that could just be them trying to justify their purchase.

Order Up is a MUCH better game then what was portrayed in the demo. Whoever thought that demo was releasable is a fool, because it has so much more then flipping burgers and filling drinks.

Does anyone know if there's news on Angry Birds 3D? It's really been frustrating how long it's taking. I'm now confident it isn't even official.

The only consoles that I have heard recently that they are working on are an Angry Birds for XBLA and PSN I didnt hear anything about Wiiware or DSiware.

I thought that it wasn't going to be on XBLA. I heard some rumor awhile back that MS p*ssed off Rovio (can't remember where I heard it though, so I have no idea if it was reliable).

Also, I think I heard AB3D is in the works (either heard it here at NL, or NWR), but that's all I know of it.

Yes. Nintendo World Report as well as 3DS Blog both said Rovio mentioned it as "in development".

It seems every company who has a thing for games with an ounce of depth manages to piss off Rovio.
Also, might get Bomb Monkey. Not sure about Pinball (Don't have Zen, but if the sales come to U.S).

Just thought I'd pop in here with an update from Japan.

We only have one E-shop game coming next week. The e-shop here's slowed down a bit, while the VC has kept the same momentum pretty much. I think that AR Pocket Monster game was the reason.

Its a game featuring Tamagocchi, I never played with those toys, so I don't know much about them. I think they were popular outside of Japan before. Puchi Puchi is not a normal Japanese word, I think it comes from the French petit, meaning small. Something like Tamagocchi mini-mini Violin Lesson game. Haha, its a weird title. Its a really cheap game too. Must be for really young kids.

That's the only part of that I can read (Violin Lesson), lol. I just guess that means the Japanese learning app I got is starting to work.

Anyhow, Nintendo World Report is saying that Johnny Kung Fu will be out in two weeks. Given UFO's track record, I'm not anticipating it, but I know there are those who are.

In the game, Johnny has to rescue his girlfriend from Mr. Wang & the Mr. Wang Gang. I don't know if that sound's cliche, racist, or both...

That's stereotyping. It's like saying all Americans have the last name Anderson, etc. I don't think they were trying to be offensive (which is racism), but it's kinda distasteful if you know what I mean.

I can't wait for this title, TBH. It has the most charisma, of all the 3DSware. I didn't like UFO's Zombie Slayer Diox, but this game seems to be in the same roots as Samurai Sword Destiny, which was great, however the trailer makes this look a little redundant.
