actually 30 uses or 20 or 10, is quite enough... unlimited is too much... of all the demos i downloaded, only the project x zone demo is the one i really played a lot (5 tries only for demo)... but then i'm not still buying it, and i don't even care if i can't anymore play the demo, i just think, i had enough of that... BUT, if you have little cousins who are playing ON your 3ds, well then... buy the game for them if they liked the demo XD...

i remember playing a demo cd game for playstation 1 when i was still young, but then i don't remember playing that much seriously... i can't remember the games from the demo (even if i can play it without limits) only the crash bandicoot, but i do remember all of my PS 1 cd games...

3 Might not be enough for Etrian Odyssey (I have not tried it yet). But if it isn't then I won't be buying it.

Dunno why they didn't do a demo for Code of Princess. I would have more than likely bought it by now if they did. (£15 or less I would have bought it but anything above that I will wait for a sale or want to try it first).

The Etrian Odyssey IV demo only has THREE uses in Europe.

So yes, it is an issue. Its the first time I've known a demo to have so few uses.

Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.

I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!

I think Nintendo should go with one of three things.
One, demos should only be part of a game (anyone remember the Nintendo channel's DS Download Play demos?) and be unlimited plays.
Two, demos should be X minutes every day/week/whatever.
Or three, buying plays with Play Coins. No, wait, scratch that. Too many people just shake their 3ds (I don't like you if you do). I'm trying to make a point here, not show you that I don't now that amazing thing called a backspace button.

the play coins idea would actually be fun, not many games use play coins anymore(they never had much use but now it's even more pointless)
I'm stuck with 300 coins and since the Streetpass Miiplaza got boring the only kinda useful thing I can do with those coins is buy more weapons in RE:R raid mode

The thing I don't like about limited demos is when the game isn't out yet. Sometimes if it's really good I just obsessively play it. The thought of that dwindling number bothers me and then I play the game LESS as a result, which ends up with me deciding I never really wanted the game that much!

It should be standard fare, really.
