When are we actually going to see some 3DSWare on the eShop for the 3DS? (Apart from Pokédex 3D - which is wonderful). I'm beginning to feel conned. 3DS VC is all good and well, DSiWare is great but... it's just not 3D enough. Come on Ninty getcha hands out of your pockets and code us something to play with that really uses the 3DS's technology we've paid so much money for.

I saved some money on my 3DS so that I could purchase 3DSWare when the eShop opened.

Oh well. Time to wait for "Holiday 2011", whenever that is.

As of right now we have 5 games confirmed: The Rolling Western, Mega man Legends 3 Prototype, Mighty Switch Force, Mutant Mudds, and Let's Golf 2. I wouldn't expect anything for a while. I'm sure that we will see less Dsiware releases when the Nintendo 3DS Downloads start to arrive.

While the lack of 3DSWare (or whatever Nintendo will be calling its 3DS eShop exclusive releases) may be troubling for some people, Nintendo is providing just about one incredible GB game a week, which for many is good enough. While many of us would love for Nintendo to bombard us with tons of awesome stuff on all of its platforms all of the time, Nintendo is probably focusing more on development for the Wii U and physical 3DS releases than having a few small-ish games on the eShop. Just be patient, 3DSWare games will arrive soon enough.

I'm pretty disappointed with the eShop so far. I'd rather download DSiWare on my DSi. The Game Boy games have no colour options, and I already endured the pea soup age once and refuse to suffer through it again. So the only game I'd consider buying on the eShop is Link's Awakening, but I don't feel like paying $10 for it. They should allow you to pay any amount over $5 rather than forcing you to overpay all the time. Imagine if you went into a store and they refused to accept anything but bills and refused to ever give you change, because that's effectively what their payment system is. That shouldn't even be legal.

I don't mind waiting if they can make those games worthwhile. Wiiware and DSiWare doesn't have many games that I'd buy (my only WiiWare games are Pokémon Rumble, Bomberman Blast and Cave Story) so maybe they'll make this one better by taking a while before releasing anything.

I'm frustrated too. I'm a realist, don't expect like 6 games a week or something. But I find for a system they rushed out, then squatted on for months with none of the net capable apps to finally show up and then do a start up blowout and nothing but a ported GB game a week since to show for it is beyond sad. There's no excuse to not have something 3ds ware wise or another 3D classic either at this rate. This is just showing they weren't prepared and have nothing ready so they just shoved it out there and they're using minimal weekly pad to cover it.

I thought Mutant Mudds isn't a 3D game though? At lest the article in Nintendo Power never made it seemed like the game was in 3D.

As far as I know it has 3D graphics (as in stereoscopic, not polygonal), but it's a side-scrolling platformer

I want a Zelda like game for 3DSWare...

It took quite a while to get the DSiWare ball rolling, as I recall — i know i was desperate for some interesting 'ware to hit around this time two years ago, lol. at least we've still got DSiWare to keep us company now, i guess :3

If Nintendo releases anything Zelda related on 3DSWare I'd like to hope for Legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglass 3D as Phantom Hourglass is the best handheld Zelda game that I've ever played.

The smaller developers - as in the developers that will be making 3DSware - don't even have developer kits. Nintendo is really bad at getting those out. Which is why the developers are still making DSiWare.

The bigger developers are working on retail games.

Everyone should have expected this.

I'm assuming we're gonna have a Wii-type situation, maybe on a slightly better timetable. The Wii was out for what, 2 years before Wiiware happened? I know it was a good long while. I'm assuming 3DS needs to be handled similarly--while there aren't any new control methods to familiarize with, making a concept that really looks good displayed stereoscopically takes a good amount of time, and they aren't gonna launch until there are solid games, both 1st and 3rd party, ready to go. If Wiiware hadn't launched with LostWinds, I dunno if I even would've paid attention to the service. However, that game looked great, prompting me to do some research and get psyched for Wiiware.

Now that standard, 2d games are gonna be a much tougher sell, indies are gonna have to muster even more resources/energy to make competitive games. Personally, I'm alright with giving it some time.

Well you just have to be patient because 3dsware is being made as well as classics. They will just most likely add them at a later date this year.

I want Nintendo to give us Flipnote Memo already.. It's already developed and ready. Come on, Nintendo. Or atleast the original? Please?

But yeah, I'm not complaining about the Virtual Console games with the Thursday updates, but that's all thats releasing besides "DSiWare". Maybe they can make a way soon so that DSiWare games will fill the whole top screen, it will make it more worth the money we spend on it.
So every Thursday we get 1 VC game, (On usual) and a few DSiWare games.

I cannot wait until Nintendo cuts to the chase (hopefully) and starts releasing actual 3DSWare and originated 3D games.

It's really tempting to spend the money you already have in your eShop, so saving is NOT an easy option, but I guess I will have to do for now.
All we can do is be hopeful and wait, everyone

And 3Dsware would just be too small for a fitting and real zelda game bear that in mind!!
I wouldnt mind some bit.trips to see in 3Dsware its just the right format and got best flow ever
