I'll be picking this up when it hits. I liked Moon quite a bit, and I wouldn't mind seeing them maybe flesh the story out a bit more, but it's a day one purchase for me regardless.

i might pick this up aswell. but only if aiming with the facebuttons is okay. it worked with MGS3. i dont want to spend money on the circle pad "pro" and i sure dont want to hurt my hands while aiming with the stylus (i just cant do it)

Looking forward to this game next week. The 3ds needs more games like this and I really hope it turns out good, otherwise they won't make any money off the other chapters.

@Spoony_Tech

i would love to hear your thoughts about it. and if you had some experience with shooting games on the DS or 3DS (like metroid prime hunters)

Well so far my initial Impressions aren't really good. The music is atmospheric yes but is really boring. The graphics I thought would be updated more but this screams N64 just like ATV was graphics wise. The gameplay (which is most important) is just so so. I kept wanting to jump but you cant.

There is also a lot of areas in the game the require you to use a remote bot to gain access to other areas. And while this in itself isn't a bad thing it just seems like you need to do it all the time.

Then comes the actual fighting which is not really all that fun. At first I thought it would be easy to aim and shoot but that's not the case as you need to constantly move and shoot at the same time which made it harder. That's not a bad thing though as I thought it would be far to easy to kill enemies. However the combat is not all that fun tbh. Movement is pretty fluid though.

Then lastly comes the story.....yeah it seem like I don't really care about it tbh. Seems boring and nothing new.

The game is not a total loss and unless it improves along the way I'm not sure I'll dl anymore chapters. I go e it a 6-10 at Best.

I play Prime Hunters but I didn't really get into it much. I really like this genre but this game is far to generic for my tastes. Not even sure I'll see it to the end. Was expecting more and am disappointed!

Thanks for the impressions. I guess I will be waiting for reviews. Scram Kitty and Color Zen have me busy this week. Plus Sonic Lost World, as I recently picked it up from a friend.

EDIT: Metacritic has 5 reviews now, averaging 73.

I will comment in this thread, never being able to find it again.

I played about 15 mins. of it last night. While not enough to write up an accurate review of the game, I did find that at first playing this I was a little meh but eventually I really started enjoying it quite a bit. I think space sci-fi fans like me will really enjoy this game but I don't see it really being appreciated or praised for it's 1st person shooter mechanics alone.
