I haven't really liked much of WayForward's past work except for Mighty Milky Way, but this sounds really cool and looks interesting. The main character is great! Cute _attractive but not over the top like Shantae.(IMO). I'm definitely going to keep an eye on this game. It sounds fun. I hope it gets a release date soon.

RoyalBlur	22. Posted: Fri 5th Aug 2011 12:36 BST @komicturtle92, I would love it if WayForward were to make comic book tie-ins for their games. I'd love to hold a Shantae comic book in my hands. I'd also definitely buy a spin-off comic about the life of Rottytops as she in my favorite character from the Shantae series. Another comic that would be a great read would be based off of Mighty Flip Champs. I'm so interested in knowing more about Alta and Fishman. And Mighty Switch Force looks as it'd be perfect in the pages of a comic book. It sure would be nice if WayForward showed up at DragonCon here in Atlanta, GA. I'm personally getting a megaman X vibe from this and half the gameplay focuses on controlling those platform blocks. Can't wait to see how this turns out! Retro_on_theGo	24. Posted: Fri 2nd Sep 2011 04:11 BST I saw the trailer earlier today. I got a Megaman X vibe too. The game looks real cool so far. I'm really excited. Karakato	25. Posted: Fri 2nd Sep 2011 04:58 BST As long as they have the angry eyes and walking towards you, they're the enemy no matter how cute they look. Look at the enemies at the Kirby games for example, I thought that the Waddle dee was an NPC, but that mistake cost me a life.

It really and truly has me hoping that durning the special presentation from Nintendo regarding the 3DS on September 13th 2011 that a release date for MSF will be announced. I got a cross vibe of Metroid and MegaMan from the trailer. The music is also very nice. Once again WayForward has made a name for themselves.

That topped with the slick 2D sprites Wayforward is known for really blend well for a great looking title. Plus the gameplay itself is really giving me a Megaman X vibe _{(You even ride a Mech)} with puzzle elements, this game can come out soon enough!

komicturtle	38. Posted: Thu 27th Oct 2011 19:25 BST @rudydog lol I would love to share my comic books here but I am cautious about it. Plus, because I'm completely redoing my series, I don't want to show it till everything's done. I started my 8th book about 6 times and kept restarting over and over because it's not coming out the way I want to. When I get everything settled, I plan on working at it again and then share it. I like Wayforward's style and always thought about some crossover between Shantae and my series. And I have made about 8 other different franchises- one that probably wouldn't work as a comic book, but as a video game. It's like making a Tetris or Puyo Pop comic book- it isn't easy
