I am new here and wondered if anyone has managed to get their 3DS XL free game code to work (The code for registering)
I received a code that has 6 characters and it is not long enough to be entered in the eshop redemption box.

I have contacted Nintendo but not expecting a response for a long time

I got the same problem (asked for Freakyforms alive!).
I emailed Nintendo support just after midnight on New Year's Day, and I got a response yesterday (2nd Jan) about 6PM GMT, with the proper code - now safely installed.

Welcome @robsta that sucks my code worked fine. I think it supposed to be 16 characters long... If you want to contact nintendo directly i recomment calling them.

Make sure you don't confuse 0 with O like I did the first time.

I have entered it correctly there isn't any numbers 0's or o's in the code.
The code is just a name with a "!" on the end.
The redemption section cant accept a 6 character code so must be wrong code

Tried calling them but they wont reply was on hold for a long time, Guess I'll just have to be patient! Typical my code is wrong
