Oh, is Angry Birds still the hip new thing?

I wouldn't mind it coming to the 3DS e-shop but I don't want there to be 4 different versions of it.

I don't think I'd buy it, but it'd make Nintendo phat $$$$ so I'm all for it

Why bother. Unless they make a 3D angle for the game. And if they put party games similar to Super Monkey Ball.

I was gonna get it since it will probably come out on eShop eventually. However, since Rovio made some ridiculous comments a while back (I can't remember what it was but it got under my skin), I will not be supporting anything they do no matter where they do it.

@bboy - You talkin' 'bout this?

Anyway, no, as in "No, I don't want it" and "No, you don't get to talk s*** about Nintendo and then make money off of them." It's not even that good of a game. It relies way too much on luck and minute adjustments that make all the difference, and without being able to see the target from the slingshot, you're essentially firing blindly and praying that 1. You hit something, and 2. You hit that thing well enough so you have a chance of beating the level. Not the type of game that should be in the eShop.

Exactly.

Angry Birds isn't bad as a free phone game, but it should stay at that.
The 3DS eShop is already starting to get a bunch of really good quality titles, and if Angry Birds was released as 3DSWare then it'd probably be one of the first ones that I choose not to download.
I have it on my phone, and even then, it gets boring pretty quickly. :P

I honestly don't care. I've never really had an interest in Angry Birds, and having it on the Eshop wouldn't really raise my attention to it at all.

Never! I highly doubt Nintendo would even fathom the idea of Angry Birds being on their system, especially after the creator dared to speak down on Nintendo. Making one big game doesn't put you at the top of the videogame industry. Lol, I'm so tired of the Angry Birds fad, I don't even play it on anyone's smart phone or iTouch anymore unless I'm bored out of my mind and there's nothing else on their phone (and that rarely happens). I'm even going to delete it on my brother's Galaxy S when he gives it to me (he's getting a new phone).

It would sell, so it's only a good thing but I by myself wouldn't buy it.

I think they should turn Angry Birds into an epic RPG. Instead of trying to knock down their castles, the birds and the pigs should fight directly. When you approach a boss, you must first knock down his castle and then lay the smackdown on him.

Since they're not going to do that, and since I got tired of Angry Birds a long time ago, they can pretty much do whatever they want. It's a good timewaster, but it gets boring after awhile.

I prefer Cut the Rope haha. I read IGN's "Top 15 IOS games ever" and Angry Birds was 4th and Cut the Rope was #1 which is understandable because Angry Bird's is only accuracy and problem solving. Cut the Rope is problem solving, accuracy, timing, physics, speed mixed with a cute green alien pet thingy.

It'd be a nice addition when it does come out, but I can live without it.

Edit: what's this about arguments? Heard about the Cut The Rope one, but Rovio? Are we referring to that argument over plastic carts vs downloads for games?

lol @ "Knowing Nintendo" comment.

Every time someone says that, the opposite happens.

Why? No one really knows Nintendo :P

Also.. Nintendo has nothing to do with Angry Birds, so I don't understand what you're talking about @Programer

Guys don't you see the irony in this! Nintendo stands to make money as well. This is a win win situation and that's what business is about! If the price is right and the 3d adds to the whole package then I'm all for it. I haven't got into the crazy as much since it was announced last year or something that is was coming to the shops!

Probably. I'm not really an enthusiast of Angry Birds, since it tends to breed the oddest bunch of casual gamers and it's just not my type of game.

I've played it, it's fun but not fun in a sense that you try to put it over as the new Super Mario Bros. of the decade. No.
