Okay, so we've got MML3 Prototype, angry Birds, Cut the Rope, escapeVektor, what else?

I don't really give a damn anymore.

Excitebike in 3D, but I don't know if that will be placed with 3DSware or if there will be a "3D Classics" section of the shop.

ShiftyLook - Bringing back Namco classics, Step 1- Webcomics.
I help keep these threads updated: New 3DS VC games in Japan, Missing 3DS VC and Wii U VC between regions, and Full of list first party Game Boy, Game Boy Color, and Game Gear games missing from the 3DS VC.

Then you have not played Super Meat Boy.

It is brutal, Corbie smashed up one of his controllers out of rage. Would you risk your 3DS for a game that you throw repetitive curses at?

LOL @TheComments
The game being extremely difficult makes me want to play it even more.

Currently playing:
3DS: KI: Uprising
Wii: Xenoblade Chronicles

Lol well if these are the announced games, it sounds like an overpriced IOS app store with an exclusive Megaman game. :P

At least there's virtual console, which most likely will be overpriced as well. Anything over $5 is overpriced for a Gameboy game, and that's the highest point. I think $3 would be the best price point.

Consider me more than a little concerned that the 3DSWare/3DSVC are going to have much the same old problems as Wiiware and DSiWare did. This thing is launching pretty damn soon, and what is it launching with? Like the other NintendoWare services, already it seems that it's going ahead with questionable support and little marketing. If 3DSWare is supposed to be Nintendo's "lessoned learned, this time will be better" online store offering, why has there been so little to say about it? Have Nintendo themselves even announced any titles for it yet? I mean, asides Flipnote 2.

The store hasn't even been launched yet, and we already have criticism?

After WiiWare and DSiWare, I have little faith that Nintendo will ever get an online system that doesn't suck. lol It's really my only major critisism of Nintendo, one that I honestly believe will be them in the rear real soon.

Well also how they handle importing games, i.e, they DON'T.
Disaster Day of Crisis isn't worthy of an import when it's already in English but Flingsmash is? Come on!

Unfourtanetley it looks like 3DSware will have a slow start like dsiware but hopefully it will be building up with many great games by the end of its first year also like dsiware.

All I want is for there to be more than 10 games that I want, unlike DSiware. Probably won't happen, but I can dream.

Well come on, FlingSmash isn't really a fair comparison, that was made to show MotionPlus stuff..

@Sushi: Nintendo isn't in the habit of marketing things that haven't released yet. I mean yeah, we get a certain amount of pre-release news, but that's not really the same thing. I figure they'll probably at least TRY to market the eShop, but that won't happen until release. I would also expect some amount of the E3 show to focus on it, especially seeing as it actually releases that same day.

That said, it's just as likely that marketing for the service will crash and burn just like it did for the VC, WiiWare, and DSiWare. DSiWare was a particular shame, since they started off right just by giving out the 1,000 free points. That's an idea they should definitely bring back. Well, actually, the announcement that Excitebike 3D would be free has pretty much the same effect...it still gets you going on the eShop and looking around.

@WarioFan63: And we desperately needed some random game to show off MotionPlus two years after the peripheral released...why? Especially considering we're getting Wii Play Motion next month...I think it's pretty obvious that game will serve that purpose better anyway, and there's a 99% chance it'll outstrip the sales of FlingSmash exponentially.

The fact remains that generally speaking, Nintendo does not do a very good job of choosing titles to release locally. They took a chance on Glory of Heracles at random, when nobody (to my knowledge) had been asking for it, while a number of games we DID want got ignored. The mere fact that so many games miss localization at all is stupid...Sony doesn't have that problem.
