i think i found a collision error! a very minimal and unimportant collision error. In hades, behind the guild buildings, you can walk /on/ the wall.
I am really liking this game, it feels like a certain online rpg i like a lot, so i am familiar with many of the mechanics. some dialogues seem odd, but as i am not a natural english speaker i can't really tell if they are wrong. The different options make me wonder if there is an "evil" version of the story, i may even need to play another file evilly just to find out. good job gamevil.
Beat the game, was good. 18h38min. Did every side quests (except for the cooks one seems they seemed to go for unlimited retries... so I only did them once or twice each). Finished the game level 61 (62 after beating the last boss) Meteos Magic boosted to level 10 along with almost All passive skills maxed out = Almost single shot EVERY BOSS... lets say it rips 90% of each boss' HP in one shot. Game was pretty easy with lotsa SP restore items
But how do I know which ending I got? Good or Bad? I tried to be "Evil" all the way, even if it didn't really felt like evil... (being evil and having to collect 10 bones for a puppy... yeah... that's friggin' bad ass evil, yo!) even fighting the Good guys, the story is made so your character doubt and then you just dunno if you're on the good side or bad side...
Did got a few bugs along the way ingame: -early in the game, like first village you had Blocks to push, at some point I pushed a block... visually the block never moved, but the collision did.. was confusing, thought I was stuck -Whenever you die, you have the choice to pay 3000$ for a revive on the spot, or restart with penalties, if you dont have the 3000$ the option is grayed out, but you can still select it and you revive on the spot, for free. -In the final dungeon, going from one zone to the zone where the key is located (to unlock the door to the final boss), the transition never occurred, the game froze there... DS froze actually, I had to leave it be and wait for the batteries to drain... (luckily they were almost out) once DS was drained and I recharged it, I retried and the transition worked. Pretty weird.
Great game tho. Just wish the menu wasn't that awkward, should've been bottom screen and touch screen enabled... would've been less confusing.
deserves 8/10 -minus 1 point for not using the touch screen, AT ALL... coming from a game on iphone which is only a touch screen game -minus 1 point because of the repetitiveness, every village has the same friggin' missions that from beginning to end of the game, one cook needs ingredients, one dude needs to pass but there's too many creatures... etc...
@slave: oh but the game does not use the iphone's touch screen at all... well only to use the shortcuts i think, i thought it was VERY weird when i saw the menu was not touch at all in the iphone version.
Are you guys planning to add to Zenonia to the psn or something? When I was looking through the store update I noticed something "Wallpapers (free) Zenonia – Minis Wallpaper " Look for yourself http://blog.us.playstation.com/2010/09/20/playstation-store-u...
answer this
We have released a wallpaper for PSP on the 20th as you mentioned, and we have been always interested in distributing on all handhelds.
Not exactly the answer I was looking for but that gives me hope it'll come to the psn
^ Right, it's an action RPG, no turn based battles.

There's a bug in this game: when you die and you're given the choice to continue at the cost of durability and experience, or pay 3000 gold, if you don't have the gold you can still choose that option and continue. Pretty much amounts to invincibility unless the player chooses to police himself.
Lifes like a game there are those who are good at it and those who need some practice.

Nice! Day one purchase for me! Unless a Wiiware version is planned? (There was some talk about it.) In that case I might wait.
WiiWare version isn't planned yet. Look forward to the DSiWare announcements!
I see. I'll get the game for DSiWare then! After all, if the choice is between a Wiiware version of Zenonia or a new game for DSiWare (Zenonia 2 perhaps, or Hybrid? ) I'd choose more DSiWare games. These seem to fit the portable format quite well after all.
Not sure if they would let us update unless it is a critical bug that doesn't let you progress. We've spent a lot of time testing the game, but unfortunately not all of them are cleared.
There is one bug that almost made me start the game over ( im not sure if this is seen as a bug tho): I was in the last area of the game when i had to stop and save so i did but i did a puzzle and was on some blue pathway when, I got back to playing the path was gone but the object was still there and so was Regret on it only thing was I couldt get out because the puzzle was reset so I had to have a monster kill me to keep my save file.
There is one bug that almost made me start the game over (...)
Hi Tigus, thanks for your report. We'll continue to investigate the bugs, if you encounter any more you feel is especially critical, please send them through our contact page (http://us.gamevil.com/news.php?m=support) for the quickest way to our QA team.
