Hey there, I know this question was answered before but I just cant find the post. I was wondering what happens if my DSi dies? Can I download agan the DSiWare games purchased before? is there any way to contact Nintendo? Is there any info that I should write down just in case? Thanks!
You go to Nintendo.com and to the support section and explain and they'll sort it all out for you.
Please sign the petition to get Nintendo to integrate Social Features directly in the Switch OS/Hardware:

Lol, this. It shouldn't die before the 3DS comes out, though, just on launch day; Nintendo has implanted self-destruct mechanisms in all DSis so consumers rush out and buy their latest technological wonder. And thus, the world keeps on spinning.

pretty much this. it'll probably be cheaper for you to pay the repair fee if your DSi dies and get a replacement that way, but otherwise there have been tales of Nintendo having you send both the busted console and the working replacement you've bought for it and they'll transfer your Shop information over to the new console for you. you'll have to call their Support line and work it out through them.

I know is not the same number but I called with time to Nintendo Club because of a problem with an order and they were really nice. Thanks for your answers.
