However, the official site has a poll that ends in 72 days, or on October 10th. It is a stretch, but could October 11th (the next Monday) be the launch date??

LordOtaku	Yah, now all we need is that Transferable DSiWare, hopefully itll happen because in the latest NP they said if its someting the fans want its a possibility, but hopefully its 100% because even though I only spent $20 on DSiWare I feel like Its a wast if I cant play it on 3DS and especially since I just want to have all my games for 2 system (Wii successors, 3DS successors).

PunnyGuy	@ piguy101: If you haven't been reading Nintendo Power or past archives of gaming websites (such as this fine one ). Don't feel bad though. Shantae isn't as common of a house-hold name as Mario, Zelda, or Sonic. It was originally a Game Boy Color game released in 2002. Eight years later, Shantae is finally getting a sequel.

Crystalking18	IT"S FINALLY COMING!!! When? I HAVE NO CLUE!!! Doesn't anyone think it's odd that it was announced a year ago, and constantly gets delayed. First it was Q4 of last year, the Q1, then Q2, and now soon.

suburban_sensei	I thought it was funny that the site mentioned Armand and NL. After watching that gameplay video, I really can't wait for this to be released...I have Nintendo Points I am saving just for the Monday it is released. I am with Crystalking18 on this one, though...I remember hearing about this last year in an interview with WayForward, and I had kinda just lost steam for some time. However, it seems that we really will get this quite soon.

That's a really big deal. I just joined the DSiWare reviewing team so I know I'm going to be dumping some serious cash into DSiWare in the coming months--it would be tragic if none of it was transferable. Especially considering how OUTRAGEOUS my Paper Plane high score is (not to brag) EDIT: On topic, however, that trailer has me pumped for this game. Looks positively charming.
