So they're just doing a Game&Watch tribute game? Maybe UFO Interactive will finally make a good game.

The games look overall alright, I wouldn't pay too much for them though, considering they seem like they'd get old quick... as for the soundtrack, for what I think it is I don't think it sounds right for what they're going with, but I won't complain any further about a game that isn't even out yet.

Meh. I already have most of the DsiWare G&W games. Might as well continue to play those. I'd much prefer Nintendo to release more G&W games to DsiWare, especially Mario Bros. They're the best reproductions of G&W games I've seen. Too bad there hasn't been any new ones in a long time though :(

I like the 3D banner they made for this game on the eShop.

Has anyone downloaded it? No? Well, I'll wait for the review too, then.

Edit:
Found a review!

This seems like much better value then buying all those G&W games.

Not for me though.

@Morphtroid Wow, it actually got a pretty good score. 3 out of 5.

"Retro Pocket is hurt by some boring games being included, but remains a worthy purchase due to a handful of really fun ones. Fuel Drop is outstanding, while Watch Your Head, Candy Factory, Kung Fu Hero, and Whale Escape are really good. At only $5, it’s an easy recommendation for those with fond memories of portable LCDs and/or wanted to see what they’d be like if their developers were allowed to focus on making them fun instead of making them for marketing purposes. If you didn’t grow up with them, however, it may prove difficult to embrace since one of the best parts about it seeing just how much better the included games are than the garbage that was shoveled into stores in the ’90s for a cheap buck."

I'm getting this now! :)

OMG! Retro Pocket is AMAZING!! Just played all the games a bit, Candy Factory, Fuel Drop and Fireman are my favorites. It's addictive, fast-paced (as you go on) and the music totally kills me in a good way, reminds me of the late 90's gameboy and SNES/NES games. The little 8 bit sounds (like the "Thank you!" the falling woman gives you when u catch her in FireMan is so cute. This is a well polished tribute to the old days of Game & Watch games, and it's amazingly done here! A great "pick up and play" game, too, for just about anyone. Also, these aren't just Game & Watch clones, these are mostly better games than just ordinary Game & Watch games, which is a major plus. Just a hint: When you start a game, make sure to press Start button on your 3DS/DSi to get info on how to play the game/controls. I give this a 8/10 so far. I think UFO Interactive may have just hit its stride with this genre. Get this now!!

Hehe! I'm tellin' you, if you like these kinds of games, these games in this game are actually better. That's just my opinion, but I hear ya on waiting. I couldn't wait for a review but now I'm glad I didn't wait. hehe
