Mighty Flip Champs has appeared in the Upcoming section on Nintendo's homepage today.
I hope this means a release for Europe next week.

Oh, I completely forgot that Europe doesn't have the game yet.

I have to say that it's a decent game but I've played it the least out of all the titles I've downloaded on DSiWare so far. Mario vs. Donkey Kong has ten times the replay value and polish, if you're looking for a combination of platforming and puzzles.
