I've been having a bit of trouble with finding the D in Trade. I've been trying for around half an hour and I can't seem to find it. The hint says: “When the two schools of fish come together, you just may find a hidden letter.”
It's probably really really obvious and I'll feel like an idiot afterwards but I can't seem to find it and it's just beginning to frustrate me now.
The two schools come together at the top right of the palace entrance. The letter D will be white (with blue fish inside it) and be the same size as the target cursor. Tilt far back and a bit to the right, it'll rest on top of the rock that's in the foreground (the rock creates the bottom border, the white palace border and fishes do the rest of the borders.)
If you start by putting the cursor on top of the foreground rock, then tilting until it connects with the top right of palace, you'll get it very quickly.
