Lets try to make a list of sites that are either made for the DSi, or DSi friendly.

They both got over a thousand views, and I'll update it pretty soon since I made this back in August. There are tons more than I featured, so watch out for an update.
Also, try mobile versions of popular sites like Facebook, Twitter or LiveJournal.

http://us.m.yahoo.com/p/mail - Takes you to a plain login screen for Yahoo Mail. You are then brought to a simpler version of your Yahoo Mail inbox
http://www.google.com/xhtml - Just a faster version of Google
http://espn.go.com/wireless/palm/index.htm - Great tool for checking scores and college rankings
http://m.wund.com/ - Just enter your location, then bookmark the following page. This webpage contains in-depth weather coverage for the day, and brief summaries of the following week's weather

Here are a couple other useful ones that the database seems to omit:

http://kotaku.com/?view=mobile - Kotaku's homepage with only headlines. In case you're not familiar with Kotaku, it's a video game news blog that Nintendo Life occasionally uses as a source for its articles
http://m.facebook.com/ - Facebook on your DSi. It only shows status updates, so you won't have to see what pages your friends have become a fan of and what groups they have joined. You can also check your inbox and your notifications and update your own status.

I'll edit this post when I find more good ones, but for now, I think this is a fairly decent list.

DSihub [link in my sig] also has a page with links to other DSi sites. I think the most useful is DSitabs, which basically allows you to use tabs on the DSi Browser.
