After a year long wait, I finally got a reply from the makers of inchworm animation! Here's the original reply:

This is Bob from Inchworm Animation. This email is going out to people who have enquired about Inchworm for the Australian market. We are happy to announce that Inchworm Animation will finally release for the Australian/NewZealand DSiWare market on this Thursday, Sept 20.
We are also very sorry for the long wait!
If you know of anyone in the gaming or animation press who could help publicize the release, please let them or us know!
