Topic: Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you!

I've been fooled by two of the same catagorized DSiWare that I bought. Around a year ago, when I still owed a DSi and had pretty much A LOT of applications, I bought Downtown Texas Hold'em on first day release. It costed 500pts and I was very excited about it since I really like those poker applications and it said to have Online Multiplayer. There were two of these kinds already back then, though, this one from EA and the other from Hudson. Downtown looked crappy, but I recal I read both's description and it only showed the blue Wi-Fi icon on the EA version. So, when finished downloading and playing it on my DSi, I realised the only multiplayer function was local wireless. They either really messed up the discription for that application back when I bought it because there was no Online multiplayer to be found.

Now, today, I was scrolling through the new highlights on the eShop and saw the new catagorized "Viva Las Vegas!" bundle. So I checked the DSiWare on it and I remembered the depression when I bought the Downtown Texas Hold'em on my DSi. My 3DS is lacking some entertaining applications besides all the VC I bought, so I thought buying the other one from Hudson: High Stakes Texas Hold'em would do good. When I even checked the description, it says "Supports Online Play". Oh cool, I'm certainly downloading that. Figures that neither this had Online multiplayer, and I've been fooled again thinking I was going to buy a great poker game to play with other people. Now, I'm again stuck with a rather crappy poker game to play against crappy NPC players.

Anyone else knowing about other shameless errors in some discriptions of certain games?

may want to contact the maker of the game ... i did this with pop cap about nintendo posting the details about plants vs zombies so they could take them to fix their mistakes.. I thought i was just going to get an email saying

Thank you for bringing this to but instead pop cap sent me a full cart verison of the game to make up for it.. so let the makers of the game know about the mess up and they may be able to fix it for you (even call nintendo up maybe they will refund the points)

This is bad. really bad. Too bad it happend for you, but this mistake is made twice? Holy .. Is that even possible? Or don't they know what 'Online' means?
