Since I'm somewhat post-happy today, might as well add my pick - Cave Story.

For some reason, I never really could get into Shantae, and it also wasn't as long or have as good replay value compared to Cave Story. Idfc how many ports of it there have been before, that doesn't change that it is the best DSiWare game you can download. Everything about it is just great, from the amazing aesthetics to the wonderful music, this game might just be in my top 10 list, and is definitely my favorite indie game I've ever played. Great job Pixel, you made a masterpiece.

Tetris Party Live.
The perfect example of a perfect game, and looking at Tetris' track record, it has infinite replayability, unlike Cave Story, or Shantae, or Zenonia.

I'll go with Starship Defense since so few people said it (and it's fantastic), but it's a toss-up between that and Trajectile for me.
