Somewhere I've read that a Facebook app is supposedly in the works (if not a custom facebook page, ala m.facebook.com). Mapquest, Fandango, Twitter, iGoogle, and plenty of other sites already have pages that can look customized for the browser. You just switch your view into Column view and browse the mobile phone versions of them (usually by using http://m. instead of http://www.).
Totally kidding with the Baby Shaker. You guys haven't heard that "there was an app for that" (I bet that slogan looks fitting now) on the iPhone? It was a whole big fiasco.

Sounds lame. I would much rather have a note-taking app and the ability to put my calender back up on the camera top screen of my dsi while in system mode.
