I was looking at the ESRB site when I stumbled across Dodogo Challenge. I then searched dodogo to see if it a sequal or something, and found out it is a seperate game. Here's a link if anyone wants to see.
I'm not sure if this has already been noticed. I didn't complete the first game, but from what I hear, the ending is confusing. Perhaps this will answer that, or maybe its a cheaper version? All I know is that more Dodogo is a good thing.
EDIT: On the link, Dodogo Challenge is around the top of the list, or just type "dodogo" in the search box.
Nice catch. I loved DoDoGo!, but did feel a bit let down by the cliffhanger ending. If this is indeed the 2nd island they teased you with, I'll be VERY happy.
I found this game to have a huge steep learning curve. Some of the game control/mechanics seem off on some levels. Otherwise, I did love the art and style of this game. I think the rating here on NL (and on GameSpot) was a bit on the high side, but it's a good effort.

I really like the game, but I've been stuck on a level for ages. If anyone knows of any website with cheats, please let me know. I'd like to finish it some day.

There are no cheats I'm aware of, but if you let us know what level you're stuck on I'm sure myself or someone else here will write up a walkthrough for you.
I'm stuck on the last box of Chapter 3. The one where the hint is "If a block of stone falls on a fire, the fire goes out." It seems like it shouldn't be that hard to solve, but I just can't get both of the eggs home safely.

Ok, start by using a brush to clear the wood blocking your path from the beginning area. Use your 2nd brush to clear the wood directly to the left of the stack of 8 stone blocks. To the right of those 8 blocks, you'll see a springboard. Use one of your springboards on the ground below to create a trajectory that will bounce your eggs up to there. At this point, you can unpause and set your eggs in motion, attempting to keep them close together. As soon as they pass below the stack of stone blocks, pause and use a shovel to clear the dirt directly below the stone blocks, allowing them to drop. Before unpausing, use another shovel to build a small hill directly to the right of the (now dropped) stone block they showed you when they gave you the tip about falling stones making fire go out. You'll know you did it right when the wind is redirected up, around and out of that small cavern. Unpause again and the path should be clear for your eggs to reach the nest safely. Hopefully this guide wasn't too confusing .
ErrorSupply Thanks!! I think I tried everything except burning that second piece of wood which made the wind carry the eggs around. I'm not sure I realised the wind was strong enough to carry the eggs at all (I knew it blew them on course, but I don't think I realised it would carry them over and around objects). I'm now moving on through Chapter 4. Wooot!

hey, ErrorSupply!!! i was wondering you could help me with DodoGo too? i don't usually get stuck on games like this, unable to solve it alone or find help online. you're the only person i found online who has offered help for this game.
if you can, i am stuck on Chapter 3, the first level after the spade tutorial. it's the first introduction to quicksand, and i can't get the eggs to roll across. maybe my dsi is glitched but i am having problems with the spade tool at that part, but it's prolly just my brain that's glitching. if anyone could offer me help, i'm desperate!! i really want to play the game more, i just bought it T.T
