1: ? 2: Yes but you have to take them on the Camera "channel" first. 3: No only black and either blue or red.

1. We got V2. To get more features go to the first page on flipnote. Click on the wrench on the top right, and go to the third page, then turn advanced features on.
2. Take pics with the photo app first.
3. Only red, blue, and black/white. You can make some colors look lighter then they are, using the brushes.

Personally, I don't see why they limited the palatte to only those 3 colors... why not offer more? that's kinda lame, but Im not ungrateful! I love this app!
