My nephew owns a Nintendo DS 2010 and he would like to connect to the hotspot of the condominium where he lives.
To clarify, when I connect a smartphone, opening the browser, appears a window with the address www.example.com within which there are 2 windows where I write user id and password.
We have scanned all the networks several times positioning at 1 meter from the hotspot antenna but the consolle can not find anything and displays the error 052110-1, despite being closed to the hotspot the wifi signal varies from 1 to 0.
Can you help me?
Thanks a lot
Thanks

Nintendo DS had its wifi features and servers switched off since may(except the DSi shop, is that how it's called?)

oh the "online store" is on and the internet browser too, maybe the router isn't compatible with the DS or you need to reset it(the router)

Is it a DS or a DSi? Only DSi (with camera lenses inside and outside the console, and displays a games menu when started) can download games (requires an account and will require buying games with a credit card. They used to sell prepaid cards in stores but because of the age of the console most don't have them anymore.)
The DS or DSLite can't download games as it has no memory to store them (depend on settings, DS/DSL either starts a game right away when turned on or goes to a menu that only play DS or GBA games, a built-in wireless chat app called PictoChat, or "Download Play" which is used to allow a DS to have a wireless connection with another console to play certain games together).

I'm assuming since you see the browser it is the DSi (DS had a browser but it was on a special game card sold separately). You'd have to use a specific app called "Nintendo Shop" or "eShop" or something similar (again, with an account as described above).
