Yeah, and then you have to pay 34.95$USD to buy the game and spend another 30.00$USD to buy all the characters....Nintendo is not Square-Enix...

And yet your not smart.

And what makes you Einstein?

Oh nothing! I never said I was smarter than you now did I, though I`ve read your last few comments on this Forum and your getting cocky with some peoples comments/opinions. Just like to see how you liked it & it seems ya` don`t. You know just acting like a big shot, even though your a little bang

@CRONO
Frankly I don't care, that is the great thing about the internet. But then again, that is why I do not put my thought's down. I find when you become to involved in the discussion, you get emotionally tied. And you end up answering this question with hostility. I honestly find around 90 percent of all posts on my forums along with 80 of most online media, asinine and calumny. This stems from brash articles to biased reviews. The great thing about an opinion, is everyone has one. The downside is that not everyone has intelligence and they don't know when to keep their opinion the themselves. Note, I know exactly what response I would invoke from what I have written, so refrain from telling me I have no intelligence! So the world is forced to listen to half-baked, "my opinion" driven posts that lack no evidence of the truth. More so just a "wish list" or "wouldn't that be great?" Let's not forget the growing amount of "if Nintendo doesn't do this!" posts that seem to run rampant here at NintendoLife forums. As far as acting like a big shot, bud, I am bored. And I frankly do not care what you or anyone else thinks of feels on this site. Sites are a dime a dozen.

To address your brash assumption of my mood. I quote: "Just like to see how you liked it & it seems ya` don`t." You have no idea what I do and do not feel, please do not make accusations. Again, I don't care what you or anyone else thinks.

Lastly, what do you mean by "little bang"? It is hard to understand that, then again, most of what you have written is hard to understand...Wait, I understand now, "big shot" and "little bang"...References to firearms...

for now, the only real solution to fighting games on DS is the Bleach series. But don't take it online. there are some seriously cheap users out there.

I use the same username on TVTropes and youtube. look me up!

I realy would like to see it done. Ever since we got the GBA and it's four player support, I thought Mario Party and Super Smash Bros. would be perfect. We got Mario Party Advance (eventually), but we still haven't gotten SSB. A DS version could rectify all the problems with SSBB I had (no tripping! ARGH!) and add some new characters I've been dying to play (Isaac and Jenna FTW!). And I wouldn't mind it if Sakurai sat out this one. He seems to favor certain franchises over others. I could also play it alone instead of with those annoying people I call "friends" and "family members" (Stop celebrating! You beat me 'cause I tripped into a magically-appearing Bob-omb for the fourteenth time that battle!).

Ok. SSMB was great. But.... If they made this, it would look bad on Nintendo, saying that there is a 75% chance it might suck.

Let's face it. Some games should be left alone after a while.

I miss having a chatroom that was always in beta.

I have an Idea, The game could mainly focus on the handheld's characters like for example Issac, since both GS games were on GBA or Pokemon. They would of course have a standard amount of characters like Link, Kirby, etc. but most of the unlockables would be from handheld titles. (oh like canvas Kirby)

But that's flash! I've beaten it before, and it's NOWHERE NEAR as good as the actual games.

MetalMario

Smash Bros. DS would be awesome. Even more so because it would be portable.

Well if the Dsi will make it's own games then Nintendo might do something like that for the Dsi.

That is what I really want for DS/DSi hybrid games.

We can all dream can't we?

I don't think Smash Bros. for DS would make much sense from a business standpoint. Obviously, handhelds sell much more than home consoles do. While that would allow a large install base from the beginning, it wouldn't convince many people to buy a DS since most people that have it want it, no? Now, if they released a Smash Bros. game for Wii, that would fuel console sales and indirectly earn them much more money than releasing a DS game. Besides, with the size restrictions in a DS game, they could exactly pack a lot of content in it like they would with a console release. They'd have to cut down on modes, characters, stages, etc. and the console installment would be undeniably better from not having these restrictions.

Even if you say this, a Smash Bros DS done right would generate REDICULOUS amount of sales. And considering the reduced amount of development costs might be a nice incentive for Nintendo.

I got it.... What we need IS..... A Smash Bros Clock and Calculator for DSiWare. $2 bucks a pop is a bargain and it makes your DSi more like a portable Everything machine BUT Now in Smash Bros Style!!!
