Topic: What is this insert? (Japanese Game)

Wheels2050	1. Posted: Sat 28th Apr 2012 20:39 BST I've just got a brand new copy of Soma Bringer, and this insert was inside: It's obviously about the AC adapter. Does anyone know what it means? I'm not worried, just curious, as I've bought a few Japanese games and haven't seen this insert before.
