I'm not willing to upgrade despite the awesome graphics so they just better not make the stupid mistake of doing so because I'm not the only one who thinks this. There are still more people that support the older versions like me and if they kill off the ds market it will cause a major uproar and may end up disrupting nintendos balence and popualrity

Not sure if serious.
Every company does this. Infact apple and android do it all the time. All your DS stuff is still supported so make the jump,

So you think companies should still support older gaming systems like the NES, Super NES, N64, GameCube, Game Boy, Game Boy Color, GBA, DS, DSi, Sega Master System, Genesis, Saturn, Dreamcast, Game Gear, Xbox 1, PS1, PS2, etc. just because a few people don't want to upgrade?

I totally I agree with this your comment. Seriously, what company still supports the previous generation consoles? Nintendo, being an ever evolving behemoth of a company, knows what it's doing, if they decide to discontinue the Nintendo DS(i) line, then they did it for a good reason. Because, they are looking towards the future, always trying to make something that will succeed their previous console. How are they supposed to do that if people are unsure of the decisions that they are carrying out?
