Might be google's current test/expiriments?: http://www.google.com/imode http://www.m.gmail.com (its really stripped down version, it may be only the prototype?)
Note: You may have to google some of these, because for some reason it doesn't go to all sites through link or entering the URL's which sucks, I thing nintendo has something to do with it but oh well. Oh yeah my DSi hasn't froze up in weeks, since I've started using the better mobile sites.
Neither of the above Facebook links work on my DSi ("facebook" is misspelled in the 1st link).
I did say, "may have to google them", for some reason the browser does not let access some existing URL's without google search. I have no idea why "Go To Page" does not always work?
Oh LOL @thelawyer I thought you meant there was going to be YouTube on DSiCade. Yeah it's the site where you can play games on the DSi, i'm a regular chatter there. There's also a WiiCade btw.

DSiTube uhhh.....its homebrew and requires flash and if they make flash available, Youtube XL would be the one or they might do something like flipnote?
Yeah, DSiTube would not work on the DSi Browser in any way. It doesn't support sound output or animation any more complicated than an animated GIF (and even then once you get GIFs above around 500*500, it runs out of memory and shouts at you).
