Topic: UNO - Updated

When I last went to the DSi shop I decided to go to through all the categories instead of just looking at what was new. Surprisingly there was an update to Uno.

When I downloaded it and ran it, the message "converting save games" came up

Does anyone know what the update was ? Is this the first update in the DSi shop ? Presumably its just bug fixes.

I went to the shop to update and there was no update for UNO. Did they pull it?

I thought maybe this was an old updated ... Seems like there was a thread about this before, but I never saw the update on mine. But I just checked, and there was an update, which I downloaded. It says it uses up one more block of memory than before. But the game looks the same to me. I'll play it more later and see if I can spot any differences. (I play it quite a lot.)

Froggievilleus - Maybe you don't have the update on yours because you're in a different region? Fenem and I are both in the UK.

That would probably be it. I am located in the States, hence the lack of update.

Now if only they'd drop the NA price to 500, then I'd get it.

Well I found at least 2 changes. The first one is instead of only playing the same 3 computer opponents there are now more 'people' on there. I did think there was a flaw in the game that I always ended up playing the same person in Duel mode.
Another change is it asks me to pick the rules every time I load the game. It used to remember my preferences, but now it doesn't. Unless there's a place to save my preference, and I forgot where it was? .. it seems like you have to chose them every time you start a new session.
