The GamesRadar includes a list of the worst as well. I find it interesting that the lists I have seen, IGN, NintendoWorldReport and now these two, include vastly different games.
These two seem to have a different bias at each site that I don't agree with. But I've now heard Escapee Go recommended enough times that I'll have to get it soon.

Don't get it if you don't like stealth games. That's all I have to say.

Or get it if you like Pac-man, but without seeing ghosts or fruit or pellets.
Wow, I can't see how that Gamertell site puts Dragon's Lair on their list, and no Pictobits. Pictobits was probably the first DSiWare game I dl'ed, and to this day it's probably the only one I keep coming back to.

I can't believe they thought Thorium Wars was bad! It's my favorite DSiWare game! Sure its frustratingly hard at times, but its still a well-crafted game.
