Hey Guys i haven't made a topic in a while so i decided to make one for the fun of it and just to let anyone here now i made this after April 1st to avoid April Fools nonsense (even do it's harmless fun sometimes) and to make sure no one here thinks it's a April Fools Topic much like the few topics i seen. Anyway the following list is my Top 10 Most wanted Sequels that's to be made on the DS enjoy:

10. Drill Dozer 2 (Nintendo/Game Freak)

Even do i haven't played the first Drill Dozer i know an awesome game when i see one. The fact the game was released when the GBA was 100% taken over by the DS isn't a surprise to know that it wasn't successful. But the reaction by hardcore gamers where prove enough that this game is a hidden Gem of it's time..

9. Kid Dracula 2 (Konami)

Castlevania is a great game every time i played i enjoy it. And Kid Dracula on the Game Boy a Castlevania like Spin-off is also a Gem Originally release for Both NES and Game Boy only The Game Boy Version was released outside of Japan i don't know if Pal region ever got it but here in US it was released way back in 1993 in March. The game itself was unique i mean it felt like Mega Man meets Castlevania a rare moment in gaming but the unlikely ness of it's Chibi like pre-anime graphics / character made it one innovative art design concept sadly do Konami never made a sequel in fact is one of those forgotten games i'm not even sure it's on any collection based games.

8. Mega Man ZX 3 (CAPCOM/Inti Creates)

The Mega Man ZX series aka Mega Man ZX and Mega Man ZX Advent where the Mega Man platform games of DS era what i mean is every new Generation Console / Handheld get's a new Mega Man series since SNES we known about it but unlike previous Generation for some odd reason the Mega Man ZX series was either put on hold or cancelled. It's right now debatable by fans if CAPCOM just focused only on the Retro Revival of the Mega Man classic series or just actually taken their time to prepare for ZX 3. All i know is 8-bit is great and all but it won't kill you CAPCOM if to bring us more updated Mega Man game with more anime cutscene / anime graphics Mega Man games on the DS even do there's the Star Force series as well but nobody wants a RPG Mega Man game well most of us anyway don't want a RPG Mega Man since there's been i believe 9 of them already across both on GBA / DS.

7. Lunar Knights 2 (Konami/Kojima Productions)

Another Hidden Gem of the DS library Lunar Knights is one of those games that shouldn't have been skipped and yet i think most of us did skipped it (even i). For one thing the game was made by Hideo Kojima himself aka Metal Gear Solid Creator. But that's not all Lunar Knights is actually part of the Boktai Series a series originally made exclusive for the GBA by Kojima Production. The game is an Action RPG with a heavy story. But what makes Lunar Knights so appealing is that it does things different compare to most JRPG for one thing it has a western like anime setting which highly unusual to describe. I can't really say more about the game since i only saw game reviews and a friend of mine playing it, so i barely know anything about it but based on my friend request i check it and looks like awesome.

6. Sonic Rush 3 (SEGA/Sonic Team/ Dimps)

Just like Mega Man SEGA also stopped or put on hold their Handheld series for their mascot for a classic continue of the series. Normally that isn't bad but not continue with a freshly new series and favor more of a classic revival might alienate new sonic fans. Especially since old Sonic fans might have abandoned there love Sonic Years ago (i'm saying any of you are traitors but based on sites that wish Sonic was in 16-bit and constantly complain that Sonic wasn't moving fast enough are proof of either Sonic Haters or Old Sonic fans who basicly put there love and devotion to shame. Weather or not Sonic 4 turns out it's a shame that Sonic Rush 3 might never appeared since unlike Mega Man 9 or 10, Sonic 4 is updated with today's Graphics and have the same concept as Rush in terms of Developing.

5. Super Princess Peach 2 (Nintendo/TOSE)

Back in February 2006 Nintendo and the hidden company known as TOSE release Super Princess Peach in the North American region and May in Europe. The game got praised but not as big of a praised as many hoe played it expected for one thing it was mostly in the 7 out of 10 category which is disappointed by the game reviewers, cause this game when i got had everything right except for multiplayer it had a unique story which i thought was lacking in New Super Mario Bros and the story was much better then Yoshi's island DS in fact the side story for Perry reminds me of Super Mario Galaxy's side story aka the Rosalina book story that she told to the luma's. It also had a unique game play and replay value higher then New Super Mario Bros for one both games you need to collect 3 items to collect per level in New Super Mario Bros each level contain 3 Star Coins while in Super Princess Peach each level contain 3 toad boxes + sometime a 1 item to rescue and after beating the game there are bonus level plus new items to re-collect in previous levels and you already beaten and here's in my opinion where Super Princess Peach succeed that surprisingly New Super Mario Bros didn't had for one thing the mini-game game mode in New Super Mario Bros the exception of multiplayer mode there where only 3 new mini games the others where all remake from Super Mario 64 DS, Super Princess Peach had only 3 mini game so that not saying much but also a enemy style glossary of enemies aka a catalogue of enemies as well as a music room and puzzle mode. Even do it have all of these admittedly New Super Mario Bros multiplayer mode and nostalgia feel to it was basicly the reason why it's a superior game but even so Super Princess Peach gameplay in my opinion better since Peach doesn't required temporarily power ups instead every move / power up aka the 4 vibes are permanent abilities. Even do game sold above a million units, New Super Mario Bros 20 million said everything of which sequel is more profitable and Yoshi island DS 3 million units also prove that the Yoshi series is still underrated. Now that New Super Mario Bros Wii already exist, It comes into question will there be a Super Princess Peach 2? Well the developers did make The Legendary Starfy was that a success well according to amazon it was but not a million seller (well it was never report anyway). Anyway of the three 2006 2D platformer from Nintendo Super Princess Peach was the only one of the three that was inspired as a old school but a completely new one both New Super Mario Bros and Yoshi's Island DS where sequels of old franchise reboot which isn't a bad thing but do to Super Princess Peach i believe had to challenge these already loved games and the fact it was somewhat "girly" for some gamers it was to be expected to be less sold of the three but the unique gameplay throw inspired 2D levels was something unexpected and incredibly fun something it's almost comparing to Bowser's Inside Story in away since you where mostly playing as Bowser and thru his point of view you where mostly playing. If you have played New Super Mario Bros and New Super Mario Bros Wii and didn't played Yoshi's Island DS and Super Princess Peach, i highly recommend you do so since you might be surprised of how big a difference it is from New Super Mario Bros Gameplay.

4.Earthbond 4 / Mother 4 (Nintendo/HAL Laboratory, Brownie Brown, Creatures Inc.)

The Earthbond / Mother series is probably the most underrated video game series that ever existed. And the fact there was only one game ever released outside of Japan in North America not even Europe ever got an Earthbond game which shocking, i'll admit i can't say much about Earthbond since i never own it but HVGN can:

http://www.retrowaretv.com/home/HappyVideoGameNerd/HVGNEpisod...

Even do there's been rumor that there could be a Earthbond trilogy in the works i'm not holding my breath the only way the series could ever shine if they re-release Mother 2 aka Earthbond SNES on Wii Virtual Console. And only then can series not only shine but hopefully get reboot.

3. Star Fox Command 2 (Nintendo/Q-Games).

Star Fox series has either put on hold or cancelled. Which in my opinion should never be cancelled but hopefully Nintendo and Q-Games will release a sequel soon even do i think Star Fox command shouldn't have a sequel since a Wii version of the series is a way better idea the fact is since Star Fox command created multipull endings is best that the developer who made this happen should fix it and put in better controls styles isn't a good option for playing a game like Star Fox. Besides that i also believe that the Star Fox series has the potential to go in unique story/ plot twist that could make even Star Fox veteran like myself shocked and amazed of the sequels to come also since Metroid got reboot it the handheld follow the main story while the console version follow a prequel like story why not do that with the Star Fox series i mean the possibilities are endless when it comes to story telling the real question is when will Nintendo key developers ever show up new project ideas that involve Star Fox well hopefully at E3 2010 will finally see the return of Fox Mccloud.

2. Super Smash Bros DS (Nintendo/ HAL Laboratory, Sora Ltd.)

I'm surprised that Nintendo didn't make a Super Smash Bros DS yet. I mean when it comes to requested games noting beats the demand for a Super Smash Bros game on the Nintendo DS, heck even a petition was made on Flipnote Studio requesting this:

http://ds.nintendolife.com/news/2009/08/flipnote_petition_say...

And based on reaction everyone who owns a DS wants this yes i never heard anyone said no to this since everyone had found memory of Super Smash Bros series. So it really is unusual that since Brawl was released that they never considered making a DS version of the series especially since Mario Kart got into portable when the technology finally surpass SNES and it's no secret Super Smash Bros was first made on N64 and DS Technology did surpassed that Console. So it really is strange that Nintendo hasn't revealed noting of this sort heck in Japan they already Got Jump Ultimate Stars a Super Smash Bros clone on the DS that alone proves there's an audience and more tempting to have a Smash Bros on the road.

1. Pokemon Trading Card Game DS (Nintendo/Hudson Soft)

Back in 1998 Pokemon Phenomenon has reached milestone sales, popularity and uproar from Video game RPG games to even Japanese Anime but even so there was another Phenomenon the Trading Card Game, before Yu-Gi-Oh Pokemon Trading Card Game was the definitive Card game of it's time release in 1998 in Japan and 2000 in US and EU and till this day Pokemon Trading Card has been my personal favorite Pokemon spin-off game in fact if Mario Kart is the best spin-off game and Smash bros a close second then Pokemon Trading Card is a close Third yes like the game that much. The problem is that the sequel never was released outside of Japan and after that there no more Video Game version of the series and to be honest i'm shocked at that since on the DS alone there are already sequel for both Mystery Dungeon series and Ranger series and there ready to release there third installment heck even Mystery Dungeon got a third version of there explores series. I'm saying i hate these games but if Nintendo all of a sudden starts milking Pokemon now instead of Mario well at least release the spin-off game that matters most Pokemon Trading Card game. Even do there hasn't been a anime or video game to promote the game, Pokemon Trading Card is still alive and still fun to play and in some ways better the Yu-Gi-Oh since i play both games i can tell you that in Yu-Gi-Oh they keep constantly change the rules and banned and unbanned cards, Pokemon Trading Cards however has only 4 Cards that's banned and the rules have only receive minor change compare that to Yu-Gi-Oh who constantly keep changing cards and banned old ones for their overpowered effect. Makes even gamers such as myself hating Yu-Gi-Oh since you took time money and effort to make a deck only to find out that several cards are banned unexceptable. Pokemon Trading Card is also more balanced in terms of strategy and card effect. For those who never played Pokemon Trading Card i highly recommend you do especially if you like Pokemon and Card Games.

Anyway that's my top 10 most requested sequels on the DS. It took me quite a while to actually think of my most wanted sequels since i had about 100 different titles i wanted to choose from but when it comes down to it i mostly pick games that started on Handhelds.

Just something I'd point out - I'm no grammar nazi but you seem to love writing(/saying?) "even do". I think what you're looking for is "even though"

Mario Maker 2 level ID: L93-LYQ-YJF

CanisWolfred

I can't say I'd care if most of those ever come out, but I would like to see a Mega Man ZX 3 someday. I feel like they could nail it with the next one.

I'd rather have a new Star Fox arrive for the Wii instead of having that series continue on a handheld.

TWEWY 2 is a no-brainer. The world Jupiter made with that game has so much potential.
A new Castlevania, all of them are awesome.
A new Metroid game of any kind would be fantastic, although I'd rather have a new Metroid Prime Hunters.
Also, I want Super Robot Taisen: OG Saga: Endless Frontier EXCEED to come to the U.S. soooooo badly.
