I have a Dsi and the L button is messed up. It comes up all the way every time I tap it, but for the game to register it being pushed, I need to push quite hard. Any suggestions?

I've heard that if you blow into the area where the button clicks, it should be able to make it work again.
The moisture from blowing into it allows connection to be made easier with the button. Let me know how things go!

I'm working on a game that's coming out soon!

Try to avoid blowing, biting, licking, kissing, or sticking anything in there. If you do to much of those things, you will end up damaging the inner software, so be careful.

I just sent my DSi in 2 weeks ago. Just got it back Friday night, and the buttons work perfectly. (They also added one of my lost gripply things on the bottom, and cleaned my top screen. What a deal!)

If your warranty is up, I would suggest making a club nintendo account, that extends the warranty by 3 months, so you can send it in for free. That worked for me.

Hope I helpped.

So all that was free because you got a club Nintendo account?

Yeah. My warranty was up, then I got a Club Nintendo account, that extended my warranty. You can check if your warranty is still valid here. Thats really the only reason I got a Club Nintendo account.

Oh...I think my warranty already wore out.

Blowing on it (make sure you do so really hard, but do not spit in it) usually works for me. However, don't do it too much, because as Funky Gamer said, you might cause some damage to the DSi.

If you have to blow on it repeatedly, send it in for repair.

I'm gone. Good f*cking bye.
