Even boosting the odds of hatching a shiny via the Masuda method, it's still a pain. Look at the odds before that. 1/8000?! You probably didn't even encounter that many Pokemon throughout the entire series of the game! Even having the odds lowered to roughly 1/1200 it's still incredibly taxing. Sorry but I'm far too impatient to mess about breeding and never getting one. If they made the odds say 1/250 then that's much more fair and that way, every player would find one. I did have two shiny Torterra's that are female but traded one for a Smeargle since I didn't have it yet. That was probably my worst trade.

Sadly it didn't get Iron Fist, but Sheer Force isn't too bad, slap a Life Orb on it, and it can take advantage of Sheer Force and recoil-less Life Orb boost to power its elemental punches.

RabidPikachu	73. Posted: Tue 4th Dec 2012 17:14 GMT If you complete the nationaldex in b2 w2 you'll get a shiny charm which increases the odds of finding a shiny drastically. I've found my first shiny on white 2 with it which is shiny Regigigas that I got after about 87 soft resets.
