I have used AR but with Black version only and just so I could score a complete pokedex. On White 2 I vowed not to hack shinies and to complete the pokedex naturally and besides Regigigas I have found two shiny Litwick both female which I evolved one into a Chandelure. :3

I've only ever seen and caught two Shinys that weren't scripted or cheat-driven.
A Poochyena on Emerald (was playing on an emulator) and a Nidoran Female on SoulSilver.

If you still have an that same file with the poochenyna you can get it into your actual game. Also congrats i got a shiny nidoqueen from a trade and hatched a shiny nidoran male on my platinum. On my black 2 i am hunting scyther. I have hatched over 100 of them with no luck though.
