Just FYI — Shiny Palkia is available today. Just take your copy of Pokemon Black, White, Black 2, or White 2 into any GameStop, and go to Receive Mystery Gift. Once it downloads, make sure you have 5 or less Pokemon and go to a Pokemon Center. Talk to the guy by the door and he'll give it to you. The Palkia is level 100 and has pretty good stats. I have yet to grab mine — but I will get it tomorrow!
when does it end because(i hate gamestop is so awkward going in and not buying something)because if it end early i just get shiny giratina when i buy pokemon X(im bring pokemon white 2 with me)

Canada? After GameStop bought EB Games, they changed all of the locations here into GameStops. I didn't even think they had EB Games stores anymore, but I heard of some being in Canada.
And yeah, you should be able to grab it right outside. Haha
You can control which nature you want it to be. Without talking to the delivery guy in the Pokemon Center, save right in front of him, and then talk to him. Look at the Pokemon's information, and see if it's the nature (and possibly attack/etc. values) you want. If not, reset the game and repeat the process until you get the nature you want.
This works for all gift Pokemon you receive from the delivery guy.
Also, I suspect these three shiny Pokemon (the Dialga, Palkia and Giratina) are like the shiny Suicune, Entei and Raikou (and, well, Celebi) released before Black/White's store date... they'll probably unlock something when "relocated" to X/Y.
