Tough decision. I guess I'd go with BIS. The Mario & Luigi series is one of my favorite RPG series, with tons of variety and great combat and humor. You can pick up scribblenauts the day after.
It's Mario and Luigi for me as well. Scribblenauts is a cool concept and all, but I think I'd get bored after a couple of minutes. An RPG's gonna keep me enthralled for hours.

Mario & Luigi. Although both look great, like what Pheonix sage said, Scribblenaughts might only be good for a while. They are both out on two days next to each other, Sept. 14 and 15th (M&L on 14th, Scrib on 15th)
I never got the chance to finish the first one my brother took it, then gave it to my cousin and I haven't seen it since. I think I was where you could make Luigi a surfboard...
