Didn't see a thread for this, and after seeing the trailer for the Wii version on the eShop...I figured I'll go ahead and buy this one. No clue why I never bothered before, I mean...I played a demo of it before. ANYWAYS...any tips for some of them? I started not too long ago and I'm at Rhythm Rally. Seems like the only one I can get a Superb ranking on is Fillbot, which is, right now, my favorite. xD

2. Posted: Fri 3rd Feb 2012 03:02 GMT Well the only way I was able to get perfect on some of them is by closing my eyes to only pay attention specifically to the different sounds and rhythms instead of the visuals, but that probably won't work for most of them |

5. Posted: Sat 4th Feb 2012 23:08 GMT There are no tips. There is just playing the game enough until you are good enough to beat the next level...or until the game lets you skip the level for failing so much (hate that garden game). But you must continue on to reach the Heaven...OF RHYTHM! Edited on Sat 4th February, 2012 @ 23:08 by kkslider5552000 |

7. Posted: Sat 4th Feb 2012 23:19 GMT This game is entirely rhythm-based the visuals have no impact on the music, and every one of them is perfectly playable with your eyes closed. In fact, some times it actually helps, imo. After getting "S" rank on all but two or three of them, I can say that this is easily in my top three DS games ever because it's so simple, yet so very compelling~ I loved like every single one of the songs, so great n_n But yeah, I suggest trying it with your eyes closed, it might help :3 Edited on Sat 4th February, 2012 @ 23:21 by pikku |

9. Posted: Tue 28th Feb 2012 07:06 GMT mini games with varied mechanics, that are easy to play but hard to master. I love music and might have ADD. Rhythm Heaven is great. some of the games' visuals are designed to throw you off the rhythm. use your ears, and nod to the music. it's a musicians' tip for staying on tempo. also, have fun. |

10. Posted: Wed 25th Apr 2012 15:30 BST Okay folks, here's my two cents about this great game. Firstly, i am blind player, blind, like, i cannot see anything lol for everyone this can be weird, how can i play games? yep, it's good question. In practice, i can't, most of games are in 3d, based on heavy exploration and this is the most serious reason why i can't. I am lost on the maps, etc etc. Genre called beat em ups, in general offcourse, is really accessible for the blind community. So... all games like street fighter series, soul calibur, and more like that, are brilliantly accessible, and we can kick every ass no matters if we can see or not. Subcategory can be scrolling games, so my last favourite is shank, for example, or final fight, but it's sidestep from the main topic, but it's only to clear the situation a bit. Back to the ... well, rhythm. TSUNKU is master of rhythm and positive aspects of life by doing all of his work. I didn't know anything from his productions before getting the rhythm tengoku. First game i've ever played is this one, for DS, and... i loved it. Everyone from my friends, especially blinded asked on me, "how can i do that? everything is touch based.." well, it's doable. The touch screen is small, and everything can be memorized, where the buttons are located. This is how my adventure with it started. I tried to navigate everything by myself, and after that i wrote to the guy from gameFAQs.com when read the FAQ/walkthrough about describing the tittle screen for me.. After imagining how it looks, i completed the game after some hours, most of the minigames are cleared on super, and after that i've got info about perfects, but probably it's only like i must finish one minigame few times to get it, not sure about it. As i am drummer, I am really rhythmic person, and it's really fantastic game. What is the best about it, there's no element in the game, wich isn't accessible for blind people, maybe only reading a subtitles lol. After completing game twice, i've got a rhythm tengoku for GBA, another great game, lower quality of music and sounds, but still it was great. Sadly, there's one not accessible minigame, with DR. who must killing the bacteries or something, cause it's like mixed visuals with audio clues. Now, i am testing the WII version, i am considering the console, but only for one game... Crazy... But this game is fully playable too. Well, more games like that, and if someone have any suggestions what can be grabbed by blind people, go ahead, now i cried on rhythm thief, wich is really, really great game, like space channel, wich is nearly fully accessible with rhythm tengoku, but sega absolutely destroyed accessibility in it, by adding tapping on some circles o the screen, etc, wich is not perfect for blind people... anyway. Here's my long post and story ending lol Sorry for that long post. Edited on Wed 25th April, 2012 @ 19:07 by theblackdragon |

11. Posted: Wed 25th Apr 2012 19:02 BST Well there are some good 2d games on Wii you know. And it has Tatsunoko vs. Capcom... Anyway that is awesome and the fact that I am a huge fan of Rhythm Heaven only adds to that awesome. |

ehi lirin, amazing story, it made my day! As for the Wii, there are a few fighting games, such as Tatsunoko vs Capcom as kkslider said, or Guilty Gear. There's Wii Music, though I'm not sure you would consider it a "game". And I think some of the stuff on WiiSports could be playable aswell (Tennis and Baseball are, probably!). by the way you should write your story to Tsunku, cause it is so awesome |

Well, if i could get the contact for him, maybe it's good idea, but i am afraid he's one from the big guys, who is impossible to contact with, and probably even if it's possible, reply is like from the space lol But ofcourse, if you have contact for him, okay. I'll try punch out maybe somewhere, as i said before, i haven't console, so... maybe emulation is the good solution for now. Emulation is great for me to test the console / hardware and games in accessibility terms, and later if it's, i can get it. |
