Topic: Question about Warioware D.I.Y

I just want to know how you do to make some sprites or to export sprites from others game like Pokemon Red/blue etc....

Exemple:

I found lots of sprites here:

Then I zoomed in on the DS object x8 and put the grid on to draw the pixels in by hand. Some people use special software to import the sprites into Warioware, but I don't really know too much about that or how to export sprites from games.
