I must say, this game actually makes me want to read. The story is always great and I love the part where all the suspects are there, and then Chelmey botches it all up, and then Layton solves it all due to a single detail. It's great!

I also think the puzzles are making me smarter. I find myself faring far better in Diabolical Box than in Curious Village. They help you think logically!

I actually can't wait for the next 2...or 4.

If what I read on Wikipedia is true, then all these games will come out within a year or so of each other, and I read they may have already started another trilogy...if I read it right.

Some people probably already noticed some of these things, but it excites me.

This game makes me sleepy. While I see the draw of the game, I require more action. I spent 22 years thinking, now I just want to blow sh*t up.

For some reason I just find games addicting. Whether it has action or not, I'll play it for hours.

It also depends on the characters and their personalities. Which this game excels with.

Oh, and I find it satisfying when you get a question correct and they point at the screen.

I can't wait for the second one to come out here. Apparently the 4th, 5th and 6th games will take place before the curious village.

This is one of those games that I can play till my eyes hurt. It's just so addicting! Although I feel like the second one has a lot more puzzles with confusing wording. That also might just be that my mind-grapes aren't what they used to be (30 Rock reference. Don't ask)

I usually hate the red light, but I started charging and playing at the same time to hear more of the story.

....I finished the second one today.

It's really epic especially the part where they are all in the room and Layton points at Flora
that was heartpounding!

lol that was funny. I was like, "is he seriously pointing at her?" hahaha!

Just finished it now. Good game. At least one puzzle had really annoying wording though.

I also found it funny how he says, "Isn't it obvious?" whenever there is no possible way that anybody else besides Luke would even think of pointing out "Flora" because of her slip up about the box's design. And also, how he walks over to Katia to build suspense.

Yeah and where the hell did he get the teacup from? lol. I think I'd slap anyone who says, "Isn't it obvious?" and then takes a sip of tea.

I promise a review is forthcoming. PAX and this Clubhouse Games review jumped in front priority-wise. It's coming.
